- Logos in formats suitable for your use
- Update of resources according to our updates
Initial contract duration: 24 months (2 years) from the effective date
Firm commitment: During this period, the tool cannot be released, resold
or assigned to a third party without prior written consent from our company
At the end of the initial 24-month commitment:
Renewal possibility: The contract may be renewed for a
new period of 24 months
Price advantage: Discounts applicable on the acquisition of a new tool (
Maintaining discounts: The discounts of -20% on training and -15% on
files remain applicable after renewal
Renewal terms: By written agreement signed 30 days before the expiration
of the current period
Payment Terms:
Balance: According to agreed terms (cash, installment, financing)
VAT: Applicable at the French legal rate
Acceptance Conditions
This offer is valid for 30 days from the date above. Its acceptance implies the signing of the commitment contract whose template is provided in the annex.
This offer is intended for clients who have already completed training (M.1 or other)
with our company, wishing to access our chiptuning tools and benefit from enhanced commercial advantages.
