INTRODUCTION & PRESENTATION

What you will learn

C5

Identify blanks and analyze lock profiles through the study of different types of blanks, their profiles, and decoding methods in order to select the correct blank and prepare a compliant reproduction. Means including the destruction of locks.

C6

To open vehicles using various techniques such as finesse methods (lock picking), manipulation techniques, lock extraction, and electronic unlocking in order to provide a quick, adapted, and secure opening, with or without destruction depending on the situation.

C7

Decode a lock or a ignition by mechanical analysis or specialized tools using appropriate tools (Lishi, turbo decoder, examination of the wafers), studying the internal mechanism and the action methodology according to the profile in order to extract the cutting code and facilitate the reproduction or replacement of the key.

C8

Perform the cutting/engraving of the key by disassembling and reassembling locks, replacing the pins, interpreting the cutting code, and mastering engraving machines in order to adapt a lock to a key, create a new coding, and ensure precise and functional cutting.

Identify vehicle drafts, understand the mechanism of locks, decoding methods (Lishi, turbo decoder, wafers) and opening techniques (picking, bypassing, electronic unlocking, extraction/destruction if necessary)

Diagnosing the wear of a lock, recoding it by replacing the wafers, reassembling, and testing.

Master the cutting and engraving of keys from a code or an original, with expertise in machines and their tricks.
